Foswiki's default preferences are located in System.DefaultPreferences, however settings defined here have override priority and should be used for local customisations.

Appearance

Customize logo and tooltip texts:

Add CSS stylesheets: we have to completely replace the FOSWIKI_COLORS_URL with our own colours CSS as too many things are maked 'important'
